Order
Options and Payment
If
you have any questions about ordering our Judaica products or would
like to place an order, you may contact us by phone, email or fax.
Payment options include visa or master card, cash (in person)
or money orders.
If
you would prefer to order online, you may do so through Pay
Pal. Just select the Judaica items you wish to purchase and press
the "add to cart" button. Pay Pal will automatically total
up the price as you go. Then simply press the "check out"
button to complete your Judaica purchase. You will simply be asked
to complete payment details and a shipping address. The order will
come straight through to Judaica Maven and will be dispatched
directly to you. Please note that Pay Pal is a secure server which
protects sensitive financial information.
Shipping
Orders
in stock can be shipped within one to two days. Actual shipping
charges of UPS or Canada Post may be applied. In many instances
a standardized shipping charge based on the cost of the items you
are ordering is built into the Pay Pal payment. With respect to
particular items, however, please note that full shipping costs
are not calculated by paypal and that there may be a requirement
for separate payment whose cost reflects the actual shipping charges
of UPS or Canada Post.
Refund
Policy
We
want you to be a satisfied customer. If you wish to return or exchange
any goods, you may do so within 2 weeks following receipt of goods.
You will be refunded in the original form of payment. Shipping costs
are not refundable.
We
are always adding new Jewish gift and Judaica products to the Judaica
Maven web site. If we do not have a product you want or the work
of a particualr Judaica artist, please let us know & we'll
do our very best to locate it.
